Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end, serving as the direct client contact. You will audit, optimize, and defend your decisions, balancing brand and direct response campaigns while shaping a scalable growth framework.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and creative optimization, leveraging AI tools to build landing pages and reporting. US Eastern hours are required for client calls, with flexible scheduling otherwise.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit before touching anything: review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, health, landing pages, and tracking; Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with distinct targets and reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Control Google's automation: audit auto features and avoid waste.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking.
• Build what the account needs: landing pages, scripts, reporting; leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.

• Manage brand vs non-brand campaigns with clear separation and objectives.
• Monitor PMax performance with proper attribution and CAC awareness.
• Keep Google automation in check; remove waste and maintain control over assets.
• Own feed and tracking infrastructure—ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Create or modify landing pages and scripts to remove growth bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with clients in US Eastern hours; deliver results with accountability.
