Remote worldwide role requiring availability for US Eastern hours. You will audit accounts, optimize campaigns, and build scalable growth frameworks using AI tools and landing-page testing to drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and clear CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Fluent English and client-facing communication.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and explain results.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce growth.
• Proactive, ownership-focused, and output-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts and client relationship.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Treat brand and non-brand as separate funnels and report separately.
• Optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS; monitor incremental impact.
• Build landing pages or scripts as needed; ship solutions.
