Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and eCommerce brands. This remote role requires you to talk to clients directly, present results and plans, and defend decisions with clear thinking and data.

You will audit accounts, manage Brand vs. Non-Brand strategies, optimize PMax and Shopping, and own tracking, feed health, and landing pages. You’ll collaborate with AI tools to ship scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real-dollar budgets.
• DTC/eCommerce growth experience and ability to own client relationships.
• Strong English communication for client calls.
• Experience with attribution and measurement (NC-CPA/NC-ROAS).

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end with direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touch and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately and report distinctly.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; optimize for incremental growth.
• Be the client-facing point of contact during US Eastern hours; own results.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
