Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions with data.

You’ll own the full funnel from feed to landing page, and you’ll optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. The role is remote, working with US East hours; you’ll collaborate with a distributed team, build frameworks, and ship landing pages and tracking

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with proven results on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to define attribution and defend it with data
• Experience presenting plans and results directly to clients
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and eCommerce tracking
• Comfort working across a remote, client-facing role with US East hours

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client point of contact
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting
• Explain and defend attribution decisions to clients and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS
• Own feed and tracking infrastructure including Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and Shopify integration
