Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist in a fully remote role to own a set of DTC accounts from onboarding to reporting. You will be the client’s direct contact, present plans and updates, defend your decisions, and drive measurable growth across Brand and Performance channels.

You will audit accounts before touching them, optimize Feed/Merchant Center, Shopping and PMax, and build pages and scripts as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to analyze and prove campaign impact beyond ROAS.
• Strong client communication and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end (audits, setup, optimization).
• Directly interact with clients; present results and plans; defend decisions.
• Audit before touching accounts; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Manage Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate, measure incrementality.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing pages; ensure proper tracking.
