Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own the full funnel for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures monthly, communicate results directly to clients, and defend your strategic decisions.

You will audit, optimize, and build what the account needs, including landing pages and tracking. You will work remotely worldwide, with the expectation to take client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money and measurable results.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands and paid media strategy.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end, including client updates and calls.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and conversions.
• Manage feed, landing pages, and tracking across campaigns.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Own PMax performance and understand its impact on CAC and ROAS.
