Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, with budgets from 5k/mo to six figures. You’ll be the direct client contact, craft strategy, and defend decisions on calls and updates.

You’ll own the entire funnel—feeds, Shopping, PMax, landing pages, and conversion tracking—driving NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes. Remote, US-hours availability required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce).
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution, GA4/GA360, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and feed management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams with clear reporting.
• Manage feeds,Tracking, landing pages, and testing of assets live.
• Maintain ownership of the full funnel from feed to checkout.
