Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own client accounts end-to-end in a remote setup. You will talk to clients directly, present results and plans, and defend your decisions with data.

You will manage DTC/eCommerce campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Shopping, while optimizing attribution and growth strategies. Strong English communication and experience with GA4/GTM are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and clear CPA/ROAS results.
• End-to-end ownership of campaigns, reporting, and client updates.
• Experience with DTC and eCommerce brands and performance marketing.
• Clear English communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with distinct goals.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and optimize accordingly.
• Keep Google's automation in check and manage feed/tracking.
• Build landing pages, scripts, or testing assets as needed.
• Be the client-facing voice, presenting results and plans.
• Available for US Eastern time zone client calls; remote work elsewhere.
