Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own end-to-end Google Ads management for a set of DTC accounts, directly engaging with clients and driving measurable growth.

You’ll audit, optimize, and build the required assets and landing pages, using AI tools and modern tracking to maximize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. Remote work is supported worldwide with client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with tangible results (CPA/ROAS).
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, and tracking before making changes.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams and optimize PMax.
