Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own campaigns end-to-end, speak directly with clients, and defend your decisions with data. You will balance brand and performance, manage complex feeds, and build reporting and landing pages as needed.

You must be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours for client calls, and able to ship real results across multiple DTC brands. Join a fast-growing team with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid media for DTC or eCommerce with measurable results.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Strong analytics and attribution understanding, including incrementality.
• Comfort with direct client calls and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including budgets from modest to six figures.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results, plans, and rationale.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bids, landing pages, tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and optimize PMax vs. other channels.
• Own feed, tracking, and conversions; build necessary assets and pages.
