Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a portfolio of DTC accounts end to end, speak directly with clients, and defend your strategic calls.

You’ll audit before touching any account, manage Brand and Non-brand separately, optimize PMax, Shopping, and Feed, and supervise GA4/GTM tracking. This remote role accepts candidates worldwide, with US Eastern hours for calls; strong English, proven spend management, and willingness to push for incremental

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend, showing CPA and ROAS.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans.
• Audit overhauls of accounts with real review and Loom walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit before touching anything; present findings via Loom.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses.
• Own the feed hygiene and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconcile data.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
