Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer/Growth Strategist. You will own DTC accounts end-to-end, including account management, client communication, and strategic attribution decisions.

You’ll audit, optimize, and build assets to improve CPA/ROAS, with emphasis on PMax and feed/tracking ownership. You must be able to communicate in English at a high level, own the entire funnel from feed to checkout, and collaborate directly with clients during US Eastern business

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English with client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, landing pages.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate units with distinct targets.
• Understand and optimize PMax; separate branded vs. non-branded volume.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto features.
• Own feed and product data quality for Shopping/PMax.
• Own tracking setup across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
