Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own client relationships, run end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and defend your strategy in client calls.

Expect ownership of attribution, testing, and landing page optimization. You should be fluent in English, comfortable communicating with US Eastern hours, and able to deploy landing pages and tracking using GA4/GTM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money and six-figure monthly spends.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting results and plans.
• Strong grasp of attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and optimize PMax performance.
