Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts, oversee all facets from strategy to execution, and be the primary client liaison. You will optimize spend, audit campaigns, and defend your decisions with data.

You will work remotely with global brands, leverage GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center, and build landing pages and tracking to maximize incremental growth. This role emphasizes independence, accountability, and real revenue impact.

Formación

• Experience managing paid media for DTC/eCommerce with verifiable results (CPA/ROAS).
• Strong attribution thinking; able to defend a marketing approach with data.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking across platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Google Ads on a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, including campaigns, keywords, negatives, and tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and optimize for incremental growth.
• Maintain strong client communication and defend strategy and results in calls and updates.
