Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts remotely. You will handle client communications, audits, and end-to-end management across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, ensuring accountable growth and clear attribution.

You will own the funnel, optimize creative, tracking, and landing pages, and defend your strategies in client calls during US Eastern hours. This role offers high autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax beyond search.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit over takeover: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Defend attribution choices; optimize to clear CAC/ROAS signals.
• Audit Google automation features and prevent overspend; schedule reviews.
• Own feed and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
