Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts remotely. You will manage from strategy to execution, communicating directly with clients and defending your decisions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, PMax, and Shopping, plus a strong grasp of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS principles. You will join a remote, globally distributed team and must be able to take client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of attribution and ROAS optimization.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from strategy to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before making changes; present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand separately; optimize PMax and Shopping.
• Keep Google automation under control and monitor feed/tracking.
• Communicate results and defend decisions in client calls.
