Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own a set of DTC accounts from end to end. You will talk directly with clients, defend your decisions, and own the full funnel—from feed to landing pages and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Experience presenting results and plans to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audit campaigns and account structures before touching anything.
• Run brand and non-brand separately and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and separate branded vs. non-branded volume.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages for performance optimization.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offer, landing pages, and tracking.
• Build what the account needs, including landing pages and scripts.
