Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads management for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You will speak directly with clients, present results and plans, and defend decisions.

You will own feeds, tracking, and the full funnel, including Brand vs Non-brand strategy. You will optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, challenge last-click norms, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can explain and defend.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present results and plans directly.
• Experience auditing accounts, campaign structure, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and US Eastern business hours for calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax impact and differentiate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation in check and own the feed and tracking.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Build landing pages with AI tools and ship deliverables.
