Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own Google accounts end to end, liaising directly with clients, crafting strategies, and driving NC-CPA and NC-ROAS results for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands.

• Fluency in English with ability to communicate with clients.

• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, review structure, terms, and tracking, then present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize accordingly.
• Understand PMax and attribution, avoid blending and over-attribution, ensure incremental growth.
• Keep Google's automation under control by auditing recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and impact on Shopping/PMax.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, and conversions; reconcile numbers and report findings.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offers, landing pages, tracking) and implement fixes.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints and scale performance.
