Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own accounts end to end, from strategy to execution, talking directly with clients and defending your recommendations.

We work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, spending $6 to $9M on Meta and $1 to $2M on Google monthly. You will own the funnel, optimize for incremental growth, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS aligned results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own accounts end to end and present results to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution and ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets run from small to six figures a month.
• Audit before touching any account: structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and how to set targets.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Shopify integration.
• Build needed assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
