Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work and governance. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant HR operations and data-driven outcomes.

The role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and is remote with LATAM alignment, offering training, career development, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrix environments.
• Experience presenting process KPIs and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones.
• Establish governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting for compliance.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, data teams to enable design, automation, and data quality.
• Create Standard Work, job aids, playbooks, and cross-region process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor management and change-management plans to support launches.
