Job summary

America Digitalia is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. This is a remote, LATAM-based role designed for an ambitious recruiter who can own pipelines from initial alignment to offer rollout.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, drive timelines, and build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
