Hirehawk Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Professional Services.

This role is remote for LATAM-based candidates, offering direct impact on regional growth. You will own pipelines from alignment with hiring managers to offer, source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, screen for cultural fit, and guide candidates through interviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech SaaS or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to assess qualifications and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, track progress, and use pipeline insights.
