Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based digital commerce roles, from sourcing to offer closure. This remote, full-time contractor role requires coordinating with clients, understanding e-commerce functions, and ensuring business-aligned hires.

You will build pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, manage multiple requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with English fluency and PST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, and Ops roles.
• Experience with multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Available to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop sourcing strategies for different e-commerce roles.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with People & Compliance to onboard and document.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
