Job summary

Hirehangar is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM and related roles. You will drive sourcing, screening, and offer processes, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs and timelines.

This 100% remote role is LATAM-based, with a strong emphasis on using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS (ADP) to build a robust candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles; ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Guide candidates through interview processes for a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (ADP) and track pipeline insights.
