Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency context.
• Experience with ETL/ELT platforms and data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery transformation and modeling.
• Proficiency in dbt or Dataform for modular pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Git and multi-client data environment management with strict segregation.
• Ability to translate complex data workflows to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture for multi-channel data.
• Maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) into warehouse.
• Design data warehouse schemas in BigQuery and manage costs.
• Build SQL schemas mapping data across clients in modular pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD and data testing for releases.
• Create Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies.
