Job summary

LatamCent is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own end-to-end data pipelines for education-focused campaigns. You will connect paid media and CRM sources into Adverity, transform data with dbt/Dataform, and feed Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.

The role emphasizes building scalable, multi-client pipelines with strong data quality practices and collaboration with the Data and Analytics team. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture—connect and maintain API pipelines from paid media platforms into Adverity, build custom Python connectors, and architect scalable pipelines from source to dashboard.
• Own CRM integration—build and maintain reliable CRM data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) so leads/enrollments flow into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse—store raw/processed data in Google BigQuery with efficient schemas, partitioning, and cost-aware storage.
• Own transformation & mapping—design modular, version-controlled SQL transformations in dbt or Dataform for multi-client data.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation—maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for robust releases and strict data segregation across clients.
• Enable the reporting layer—create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive data quality—monitor pipelines, catch API breaks, validate data, and flag quality risks.
