Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics to integrate and automate data flows across paid media, CRM, and warehouse layers. You will own end-to-end pipelines from ad accounts through Adverity into a BigQuery warehouse, with modular dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio reporting.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable architecture, and multi-client governance within a remote, async-friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing/agency environments.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience (transformation, partitioning, modeling).
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Manage the data warehouse in BigQuery, including schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy.
• Build and map multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and data segregation for multi-client environments.
• Create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and minimize latency across layers.
