Job summary

Engg is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics and education nonprofit clients. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, CRM integrations, and a scalable warehouse powered by BigQuery, dbt/Dataform, and Looker Studio dashboards.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automated reporting and ensure data quality across multi-client environments. This remote role values initiative, architecture thinking, and clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, preferably in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data integrations.
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery experience and data modeling.
• Proficiency in dbt or Dataform and Python for custom connectors.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Looker Studio.</br>

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM into a central warehouse.
• Maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) and clean data flows.
• Design and optimize BigQuery schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy.
• Develop modular, version-controlled SQL transformations in dbt/Dataform.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across clients.
• Create data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and reduce latency.
