Job summary

Arionkoder is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to centralize data across paid media and CRM into a reliable source of truth. You will own pipelines from ad accounts to a BigQuery warehouse, using Adverity, dbt/Dataform, and Looker Studio dashboards, reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager.

The role emphasizes scalable pipelines, data quality, and cross-client data governance for education and nonprofit clients. Remote, international team, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency settings.
• - Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• - Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience.
• - Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular pipelines.
• - Python for custom API connections and automation.
• - CRM data flows integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• - Strong understanding of marketing metrics and Looker Studio performance.
• - Proficiency with Git and multi-client data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from sources to dashboard.
• Own CRM integration and ensure clean data flow to warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery and design schemas.
• Own transformation pipelines via dbt/Dataform with consistent naming.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across clients.
• Enable reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues across source/warehouse/BI layers.
