Job summary

Agileengine, LLC is seeking a Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics to join a fast-growing education-focused agency. This remote role centers on building reliable data ingestion pipelines and CRM connections, feeding a scalable BigQuery warehouse and Looker Studio dashboards.

You will own dbt/Dataform transformations, CI/CD, data quality, and client-specific reporting requirements across platforms, driving strong ROAS insights and actionable metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Experience configuring data streams and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL platforms.
• Strong SQL with BigQuery transformation and modeling skills.
• Proficiency in dbt or Dataform and modular pipelines.
• Python for custom API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows with Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture for multi-channel sources.
• Maintain reliable CRM connections to feed warehouse data.
• Design and optimize a Google BigQuery data warehouse and schemas.
• Build SQL mappings in dbt/Dataform with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for releases and enforce data segregation.
• Create fast Looker Studio views and automated reports for clients.
