Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing data. You will own end-to-end data pipelines from ad platforms and CRMs into a centralized warehouse, architect scalable models, and enable Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients.

You’ll collaborate with a growing Data & Analytics team, optimize data quality, and contribute to multi-client governance in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering, preferably in marketing/agency
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery experience
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform pipelines
• Python for API connections and automation
• CRM data flows with Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and marketing schemas
• Git and multi-client data environment management

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM to warehouse
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Manage Google BigQuery warehouse schemas, partitioning and cost controls
• Develop modular SQL transformations in dbt/Dataform
• Maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions and data segregation
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports
• Monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and reduce latency
