Job summary

Itx-Jordan is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics. You will own data ingestion across paid media and CRM, connect to Adverity, and equip a BigQuery warehouse with modular dbt/Dataform pipelines.

You’ll ensure data quality and deliver Looker Studio dashboards for education-focused clients. The role emphasizes remote work, multi-client data segregation, and collaboration with the Data & Analytics team to scale automated reporting for nonprofits and higher education

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams and transformations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery transformation and modeling experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform with modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into Adverity and warehouse.
• Build and maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery; optimize schemas, partitioning, and storage.
• Design SQL schemas mapping multi-channel data for dbt/Dataform pipelines with naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement automated validation frameworks.
