Job summary

Colgate is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations. This remote role focuses on owning client engagements from onboarding to delivery, coordinating multi-workstream projects, and maintaining live dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will use Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and enforce change and safety protocols in datacenter environments. Remote-first with international scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing technical experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and structured cabling.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor POs.
• Proven ability to manage a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report on delivery status, and handle escalations directly.
• Build long-term relationships that reduce churn and support account expansion.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk and ensure clear documentation.
