Digital Executive is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center work with a remote delivery model. You will own client relationships, manage multi-workstream projects, and oversee hardware-related services from onboarding through sign-off.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical oversight, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams on procurement, change management, and delivery milestones.

Formación

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or closely related field with hands-on exposure to hardware and infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical setting, capable of owning communications.
• Experience managing projects, tickets, and service requests with ITSM tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical contact for client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings with clients.
• Translate requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
