Encora10 is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations, fully remote. You will own client tech delivery, coordinate multi-workstream projects, and bridge hardware with software teams.
Lead data migration and datacenter tasks, manage tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, control budgets, and maintain dashboards for stakeholders.
English required, 9:00–17:00 UTC, experience in data centers, cloud or managed services preferred; remote role with international clients.
Formación
- 3+ years in datacenter ops or technical infra.
- Direct client-facing technical experience.
- Hands-on with server hardware, cabling, power and cooling.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
- Experience budgeting projects and vendor PO.
- Proven ability to lead small technical teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own client technical points of contact across lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding, scoping, and technical reviews.
- Manage tickets and SLA reporting.
- Oversee on-site and remote hardware work.
- Coordinate with vendors on procurement and RMA.
- Maintain project dashboards and change control.
- Mentor junior technicians and contractors.
