The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations with remote work options. You will own client relationships, coordinate hardware deployment, cabling, power, and remote hands, and ensure project milestones are met with clear communications.

You will manage tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, track budgets, and lead a small team across onsite and offsite work streams. Strong coordination and technical documentation are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling and power.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report on delivery status, and handle escalations directly.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work: server rack/stack, cabling, power and cooling.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement and RMA logistics.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure contract compliance.
