Digital Executive is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center projects with a strong hardware background and client-facing leadership. The role is remote and covers the full lifecycle from onboarding to delivery, including budgeting, ticketing, and vendor coordination.

You will own Jira/ServiceNow tickets, manage cross-functional workstreams, and guide junior technicians while upholding datacenter safety and change-control practices.

Formación

• Hands-on datacenter operations and infrastructure familiarity.
• Experience serving as a technical client-facing point of contact.
• Proficient with ITSM tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Ability to manage project budgets and vendor orders.
• Proven track record leading small technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments and report delivery status, handling escalations.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including cabling, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times and RMA logistics.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders.
• Build SOPs/runbooks and provide mentoring to junior staff.
