Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations in a remote role. You will own client relationships and oversee projects spanning hardware deployment, structured cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands.

You will manage tickets in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, validate work orders, and track project status against SLAs. Strong hardware experience and clear technical communication are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, structured cabling, power distribution, and remote hands operations
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team
• Strong written and verbal communication — you write tickets, emails, and client reports that are clear at the first read

Responsabilidades

• Own client ownership across the project lifecycle and onboarding
• Lead project planning, ticket creation, prioritization, and delivery
• Oversee datacenter operations including server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling
• Manage budgets, change orders, and vendor invoices; prepare quotes/SOWs
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams; maintain a live dashboard for clients and stakeholders
• Build SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials; mentor junior staff
• Lead a remote/on-site team with weekly priorities and resource planning
