The Global Talent Co. seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center projects with remote work options.

You will own client relationships, translate requirements into actionable work orders, and manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to delivery. Coordinate multi-workstream programs across hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and service tickets, maintaining dashboards and ensuring SLA commitments.

Formación

• 3+ years of datacenter operations, technical infrastructure, or closely related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role with strong communication.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, structured cabling, and power/cooling.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalents.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical contact for client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings; translate requirements into tickets.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in ITSM tools with clear documentation at every stage.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work, validate technical accuracy, coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety, change management, and access protocols in datacenters.
• Manage budgets, flag overruns, and support change orders; review vendor invoices.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials; train and mentor staff.
