Virtustant is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a Florida HVAC client. This remote, full-time role supports back-office operations, handles calls, invoices, PO creation, and payments while coordinating with owners and a small team.

You’ll manage customer needs and paperwork to ensure smooth project execution. The position emphasizes self-management, problem solving, and a friendly, proactive approach.
