Virtustant is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits, and account questions from home.

You will conduct outbound telemarketing, negotiate terms with clients, and support sales administration while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate record-keeping. A remote, multilingual environment offers growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities in multiple languages.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service with HIPAA regulations understanding.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively.
