Job Description

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers. You will handle daily back-office tasks. You will work closely with the owners as a key member of a small team. This position involves answering phones, managing customer needs, and handling paperwork to ensure jobs run smoothly.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Answer incoming phone calls and call customers back or out as needed.
• Handle customer questions and complaints.
• Build purchase orders.
• Send invoices to customers.
• Submit permit applications online and follow them through.
• Take credit card payments from customers.
• Perform other back-office tasks as they arise.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to work with little supervision and manage your own time.
• Trustworthy, especially when handling customer credit card payments.
• Comfortable being a supportive team player and doing various tasks in a small business.
• Focused on goals rather than just working hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with House Call Pro.
• Some hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.

Salary And Benefits
