Job summary

Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will help customers with questions, reservations, follow-ups, and general support while representing the company in a helpful, professional manner.

You’ll respond by phone, email, chat and other channels; maintain accurate records; escalate complex issues; and uphold confidentiality while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
