Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat and other channels; provide accurate information about products, policies and procedures; assist with reservations, changes and cancellations; and follow up to ensure customer needs are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful with difficult customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient with computers, email, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.

• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
