Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage the full relationship.
• Join kickoff/check-in/escalation calls and own outcomes across engagements.
• Vet and present candidates, coordinate interviews, and close placements.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships, gain reviews, and referrals.
