This role sits in a small team with direct access to founders, requiring high ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to work during US business hours on a 100% remote setup.

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale and own the client relationship through every engagement stage.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and coordinate interviews while presenting strong candidates to clients.
