Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will manage check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and turn happy clients into rehires and referrals.

The role emphasizes high ownership, rapid responsiveness during US business hours, and a fully remote setup with USD compensation. You will work directly with founders to scale relationships and client outcomes.

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.

Mansioni

• Be the main point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and manage the relationship through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins and spot problems with placements before clients do.
• Fix issues proactively and ensure timely responses.
• Vet and present candidates, coordinate interviews, and close placements.
