You will join a lean team with direct access to the founders, manage check-ins, resolve issues quickly, and drive referrals and repeat business as the company scales, with a fully remote setup and US business hours overlap.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship.
• Run regular account check-ins and spot problems early.
• Coordinate placements, present vetted candidates, and follow up.
