Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships post-sale, manage check-ins, vet and present candidates, and coordinate placements. This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation paid bi-monthly, and requires availability during US business hours.

You will work closely with the founders, turning satisfied clients into ongoing partnerships, reviews, and referrals as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; a genuine message beats a polished generic one every time.
• Responsive by nature with the ability to keep clients feeling prioritized without being chained to a desk.
• Full ownership mindset; take ownership of client outcomes until solved.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Fix issues when they arise without waiting to be told.
• Respond to client messages promptly, even after hours when needed.
